Mustang GT Convertible P/U Tuesday
My Torch Red GT Convertible arrived into Bremerhaven port, Germany Weds and was off-loaded. Ordered 1/28, built 4/18, sailed 5/22. All the paperwork is done for German customs and my GT is registered in USA system for Europe. I will train up Monday afternoon, pick up Tuesday Morning and the 450 mile drive back to Stuttgart will be fun.
Any idea of a break-in period/speed suggested by FORD?

Car eq is as follows: IUP, Prem, Auto, Anti-Theft, side sir bags, wheel locks. soft boot, Ziebart rust proof. Still in break-in period, so only up to 95-99 mph so far but nice throaty exhaust noise. Wife says its noisey and hot-roddy...okay, whats the problem with that? Great car!

The drive back to Stuttgart was great, sun for first 200 miles and a slight sunburn now to boot, oh well. Here is a photo at p/u at the AAFES delivery point in Bremerhaven Germany.

Tom,
Number is 204962, so younger brother. Need to find time to do a wash/wax and going over with a fine tooth comb for problems. Getting quite a few looks here right now, did created a small panic at the local Ford dealer (they service my Ka) yesterday, Dealer loved it. However will have to take the Mustang to an approved S-Vailhingen dealer for work right now. Cheers
Mike
