I was bidding for the early version on ebay and got this message a couple days after bidding, I wonder what gives?

eBay shut down our auction for a V6 cover last week because of a alleged policy violation :angry: We don't need to go into the details but it is bogus and we are trying to work it out with eBay. It is no easy thing though, since you can't actually talk to anyone there. :bang:
So, we put another auction for a V6 cover which will start tonight at 6:00 pacific time. We put it up on another account of ours which is the same one that we sell the GT covers under.
I sent Kevin an update today on the production covers and I don't want to steal his thunder so I will let him relay that.
Oh ya, I almost forgot, to answer the question above, we will be offering the V6 cover in all of the standard Mustang '05 and '06 colors, including High Performance White.

first week of November may work out perfect for getting more parties in to the group buy, since it can be part of the holiday shopping list!!!

Hi Kevin,
I was just out in the shop looking at the V6 plenum cover tooling being polished. I would think that sometime next week we would be running the first parts from the mold and then fixing any bugs that may come up. I would hope that we could be shipping some production covers by the second week of November at the latest. So, we will have to decide on a cut-off date for folks to get in on the group buy very soon. Maybe the end of the first week of November might be a good cut-off.

Man the only thing holding me back from saying definatley yes is I was hoping to get a shaker!! But it looks like thats gonna be a long time in coming......Hmmmmmm
