This is my 2005 Legend Lime GT

[attachmentid=19202]

I've had it for about a month now. It has the 5-speed manual transmission, Shaker 500 sound system, and dark charcoal leather interior. I love the “standard” GT Bullitt wheels and wouldn’t trade them for anything. This car is EXACTLY what I was looking for and I was lucky enough to locate it on the internet while it was still in transit to the dealer. The only modification so far is the $50 stripe job done by me in my garage with 3M satin silver cast vinyl, a lot of patience, and some “extra hands” help from my wife Mona. I've also added a C&L intake and MAF with the Diablosport Predator tune, and a Flowmaster axle-back exhaust.

I LOVE THIS CAR!!!

I was only able to include one very small photo, what am I doing wrong?

Thanks, there doesn't seem to be a lot of Lime GTs out there, just thought we needed some more representation! I've been reading the posts for weeks now, mainly to get updates on the C&L / Predator tune issues, but now I'm anxious to pick some brains for information and opinions. Good luck with the WB, you're gonna love it! Everything else becomes priority 2!

Hello all, new here and new Mustang owner. Here's a picture of my 05 Legend Lime GT. Have had it for a little over a week now and wow, I've never owned a car that turns so many people's heads. Just don't like the gawkers in the parking lot.

Hi everyone, My name is Steve and this in my new GT. I just picked her up last Friday. I am thinking about putting 1969 Boss stripes on her. What do you think?
I think that would be an awesome idea. I'd like to do the same thing but with a red/orange and '70 Boss stripes. Do you think you'll do it?

This is my 05 Premium Coupe. I think the new Mustang is the best thing on the road today. Got the car April 3 and added the stripes 2 weeks later. I haven't put front bumper stripes on due to running a bra on the car most of the time, but they run from the front of the hood to the bottom of the rear bumper. I may have the bumper done later, but haven't decided on it yet due to concerns about rubbing when putting on and removing the bra.
The car has V-6, auto, IUP with My Color, gray leather seats, Shaker 500, Active anti theft, and exterior appearance package. The stripes are metallic silver 10.5" wide with a 1.5" separation.
So far I haven't experienced any of the problems on the known issues list, but I'm watching for them if they should show up. Getting about 26 mpg on the highway and 19 around town and for a V-6 it's got some incredible performance.

Pictures with and without the bra from the side. I don;t think a bra detracts from the appearance of the car and I can have it off in a couple of minutes if i'm at a cruise in anyway and not have to deal with bugs all over a clear bra or the paint.

[/b][/quote]Just from my experience.I would not run that Bra on your car.No matter how clean you think the paint or bra is, there will be dust under it and it will sand in fine scratches and discolor your paint.Also,out in the sun if left on for long periods of time there will be a color change from the pigments in the paint.Happens to Red and Blue paint.

I agree with the pigmentation issue, but mine is garaged or parked in the shade when not on the road and I'm a clean freak whe it comes to grit buildup under the bra. It will get a wash and fresh coat of wax on the front end every 2 weeks.

Thanks. I think it gives it more of a retro look anyway, since the older cars didn't have front bumper covers.
