Hi, my name is John Zeilinga. I am the owner of this '05 Satin Silver GT...

Since Oct. 22nd, 2004 I have been working on this machine. I am at a stand still at this time until I pick my car up from Kaenen Products Friday March 18th, 2005.
They are designing the first '05 Eleanor Body Kit. This is a computer image of what the kit should look like, compliments of knightryder©

at this time the current mods are:

5.1L Modular Stroker Short Block w/ Custom CP Pistons
Blow-By Racing Custom CNC Machined Ported & Polished 3V Heads
Blow-By Racing Charge-Motion Plates
Steeda CAI
Steeda UDP
Steeda Tri-Ax Shifter
Stainless Works Long Tube Headers
Blow-By Racing Stainless X-pipe w/ Magnapack Mufflers leading to a custom Side Exit Exhaust System.
Astro Performance 4.10 Gears
UPR Pro Series Chrome Moly Double Adjustable Lower Control Arm Kit
UPR Chromoly Subframe Connectors
UPR Pro Series Double Adjustable Pan Hard Bar

Once the car gets back in my hands it will be completed.

Mods left are:
LNR Body Kit
BBR-500E Hood
Raceline GT 20x8.5 fronts 20x10 rear Rims
KVR Brake System
Procharger D1-SC Supercharger Kit
SCT or Diablosport Predator Tuner
and a lot of custom tuning to make this run like a champ!

Muscle Mustang & Fast Ford Magazine will be doing a tech article when we are dyno testing the car. So keep your eyes open and watch for the 3V beast.
Okay so I guess you picked it up...how does it look?...

Does anyone know if i have to reprogram computer to put on 18 inch wheels?I want to buy the 05 Steeda rims in satern. Also Nitto 555 tires. What size front?back? I would like a wider tire in the back.Want to fill out the rear fender. Also is dropping 1 Inch going to have any down falls? I think this combo should look pretty slick.

John,
Not if you keep the overall outside total diameter the same or very close.

Well, went to old dealer were I ordered the silver GT and just like a tipical dealer.they wont give me my 1,000 dollar deposit back.SCUMBAGS The only thing that they will do is give me a credit for up to a year.Well,my lease is up at the end of the year on my explorer so i guess i will apply that to it.So word of cautionDONT GIVE DEPOSIT WITHOUT A TIMELINE OF WHEN YOU WILL RECEIVE CAR.

Find you paperwork. If it was a refundable deposit, go immedieatly above his head. IF that doesn't work go above that.

still, climb the ladder
or spread the word about how this dealer treated you.

I'm sure some bad publicity (word of mouth) will cost them more than a $1000. I wouldn't renew my lease or get another lease through them. They would have just lost me and everyone I know as a customer, for life, or until I got my money back.

Here's a pic of my new Mustang GT. I am 19 years old and I have been reading about the 05 stang for 2 years and dreaming about owning a Mustang since I could say "mustang". I am a huge Ford and Mustang fan and have been my whole life. I recently just got a new job as Bar and Service Manager at a country club. Once I got my first paycheck I knew what I had to do.....find a 05 GT to make my own. I found this one in Houston. And God was I lucky it was exactly what I wanted.....GT, 5 spd manual, mineral grey, spoiler delete, machined wheels, dark charcoal leather, Shaker stereo, interior upgrade package....basically every option available. SWEETTT is all i can say. I love my Mustang more that words can say. This car is really a landmark in the new path my life has taken in these last 2 months with new job. It means so much to me. I hope my little story gives you an idea about what the Mustang means to me and so many people around the world.

your friend

Clint

Congratulations Clint . . . I think you are experiencing the feelings of those of us who were around for the original and those new to the legend. There is truly something about the Mustang that generates strong feelings just like a good pair of boots. If the feelings are there it only takes one ride to become a convert.

You have a great pony so enjoy it and don't be surprised if you start talking to it whenever you're around it.

Fair winds,
Ron

Since I am out at sea right now my wife will take delivery of my beautiful new car tomorrow! I can't wait to see and drive it! I have not even seen one in person yet since I left the states before they hit the dealers! As you can imagine I can't wait to get home!
