Yeah, and there are some of us that have not been serialized as far back as OCTOBER, pretty sad by Ford if you ask me...this allocation system really SUX big time! I guess the logo for the Co," ford has a better idea" does not apply their building and delivery proceedures. :notnice:

Oh you have not been waiting long especially if ordered Feb 4 / 05 the way I have been seeing most take an average of three months some sooner like Only 1 and some up to six months so just keep going back and test drive what they have where you got it then maybe they'll get tired and help show in along ? I myself ordered Dec 12 and it is supposed to be here between March 17 and 24 th. so about 3 months. That number will not even if you get it to work help The best is the dealer gets an udate once a week the same day ( depends where you are ) and just keep asking.

Sorry it went to wrong thread or page This was for mikem on how he ordered Feb 4 and I was trying to say avg wait time three months some past six months and some less so 1 month for him so far in nothing. Sorry

Hey guys, I've just signed up here. I've been visiting Brad's site since early 2002. I wanted to order a stang, and looked up True Blue Mustang GT, and poof! his site showed up. I currently own a 2002 True Blue GT Convertible (parchment leather and top) (and a 1998 Chevy Malibu). On Saturday, March 5th, I ordered a 2005 Mustang GT Convertible, Satin Silver with Dark Charcoal Interior and the Interior Color Accent package (with the Interior Upgrade Package). Not sure if I'll trade in the 2002 Mustang or the 1998 Chevy when I get the new stang.....I'd love to keep the '02 and have 2 of them!
Anyways, when I get it (I've heard it will be at least till the end of May), I'll post my pics. I've seen people mention Northport and Smithtown Ford....I'm also from Long Island....Huntington area. If people are going to do a meet (or a few) this year, shoot me a message, I'll be happy to show!
The dealers have been adding $1,000+ for "market adjustment"....the V6 in the showroom at one dealership had it last week, but when I went back a week later (and ordered mine) the sticker with that was gone and it was $1,000 less then the week before. I ordered mine on the X-Plan....which other dealers have not wanted to do, but my dealer does (I'm 27 and have bought, brand new from them, a 1999 ZX2, a 2002 Mustang GT Convert, and now this one). If they wouldn't have done the X-Plan, I would have raised a stick and vowed never to buy from them again. Between myself and my family, we've bought 6 brand new cars in the past 3 years!

I am starting to think my car will never come.saw a GT at local dealer thought about canceling order,lose deposit and buy it but the green just does not do it for me............ :drive:

I dont think that there are any Verts even made for the public.Dealers are putting GT,s and Verts on there web sites as in stock with BOGUS Vin#s. Trying to get you to order them or lock one in thats "suposedly" on its way .BULL SH$# I have been looking through the Want adds and might just have to buy a old muscle car or corvette or something.This lying and waiting stuff is getting to me.Salesman was supposed to call me back for the last two days........nothing.......all i ask is comunication.Pissed off that they cashed my deposit check the very next day.

Fellas (and ladies), We received our Mustang last Thursday!!!
This is our first Mustang but not our last. As for mods...
Put on Magnaflows the day we picked up the car. I would like to put on a CAI and purchase the Diablo Predator as a tuner. I'm not going to start a crazy thread...but I'm leaning towards the JLT CAI. The price is excellent.
Anyways here a picture of our car and my custom cycle...check it out!
This is our first Mustang but not our last. As for mods...

I got the scoop off ebay painted for $190 from spoilercentral. Actually got both off ebay, panel was 19.99. Im thinking about getting the CAI and leather seat covers too, plus changing my rocker stripes to black running pony's.
