I was thinking maybe a little 7-10 inch lightbar and mount it into the lower front grille where its not blinding drivers and i could drive with it.. thoughts?

I saw this a while ago and got inspired. 12 inch light bar cost around $40 on Amazon, wiring harness for $15, and a friend installed it for me. It's wired to an independent switch and I just use it as brights, seeing my headlights weren't that good.
