I know I want to order my Mustang GT with the Interior Upgrade package, but I can't seem to find any pictures of the charcoal aluminum interior. What's the difference? Every picture I've found is of the satin aluminum, I believe.

The best choice depends on your interior color. Dark IUP was designed for cars equipped with light graphite and medium parchment interior. Get Bright IUP if you have a dark charcoal interior.

Uh oh...my car is being built this week with a dark charcoal interior and the dark IUP...I hope it won't look bad.

It won't. I think the dark IUP on light graphite would look bad. Lots of personal preference here, don't think you can go wrong with either.

 

I think it would look good with parchment

The light one is the only way to go with the charcoal/crimson interior

 

I still think it comes down to personal preference. The dark IUP would look fine with the dark charcoal interior. It would look similar too, but not quite as nice as the Shelby pics we've seen.

I've seen the charcoal interior with the Dark IUP in person and it looks great. Don't worry, you won't be sorry.
