Ditto on what Boss said.......I've got my fingers crossed and Boss - I too have the strut tower brace and am hoping I can keep it with the cover (may have to modify the cover a bit to fit).

Which brace did you end up with? I went with the less expensive Steeda brace - not because of the price - but I thought it looked better than the single rod. I'm going to get a piece of brushed stainless and put it under the Steeda name - just to dress it up a bit.

Anyone know where I can order stainless stuff or even plastic look alike? Hmm I wonder if WoodView sells it in sheets?

woodview does'nt sell the material in sheets, I've tried to get it that way, but they said they did'nt sell the material it self, just the final product.

Well CDC's shaker system is supposed to come with a very nice engine cover. It is posted here somewhere. The cover if it is correct when they release is very sharp. I emailed them last week and they said a late april release hopefully on the shaker/shaker hood system.

Yeah, I could not remember where the thread was on that one. But I did find a thread in another group concerning an individual that seems to have some mad metal working skills. He is designing an all aluminium cover from scratch using the cover shown above as a model. I will try to find the link and get it back here for everyone.
