Inspection Problem "Sensors Not Ready"

Hey guys,
I have a question. I dont drive my car that much and have had the battery run down. I keep trying to get the car inspected after running many miles over 100...and the O2 sensor as well as a couple of others come back as "not ready" so I can't get an inspection. Question is there anyway on the dash of my 05 to tell if indeed I am "ready?" perhaps a quick diagnostic. I been to the inspectation place like four times already...I have an SCT tuner but it is not telling me anything. Also I don't have the upgraded dash with the LCD screen.
Thanks very much.
Tom

Are you running a mail order tune? If so, 99% of the time the rear o2 sensors are turned off in those tunes and you will need to either get an emissions tune that turns them back on, or you need to return your car back to stock and drive it a while for everything to clear.
