Maybe at your job that’s what multitasking is considered. Here, it’s when I’m on the phone with a client. Half the time these people take 30 minutes to say what could be said in three minutes. So I just end up browsing the forums while I’m on the phone or waiting for something important to come into my inbox.

 

And we care why......?
