I'm depressed

I am going home tomorrow to see my Mustang for the first time in 3 weeks. And what happens today? Three feet of snow. Fabulous. Not only will I not be going home on time, but when I get there, the Mustang can't come out to play!!!!

Future mods: Relocate to Florida.

I have been taking cars off the road for the winter for 25 years.
For me, the anticipation and the feeling I get when it goes on the road in the spring is half the fun.
I feel like I get a new car every spring !

got my beater out for the winter but when the roads are dry and its sunny out, i take out the mustang. even if its just for a ride to the store or just to get it on the highway and back, i gotta let the pony run while it can. then it goes back into the garage waiting for another sunny crisp cold clear day.

50 degree weather + pouring rain = snow disappearing. Took the stang out for the first time in over a month.

As a native Floridian who had to spend a few winters in the Nawth back in the 50's and the 70's I have no sympathy for the snowbound. It will be in the 70's come Christmas Day and like yesterday I will be driving topless. Y'all can come down and enjoy the warmth but please remember not to linger, return Nawth and wipe any thoughts of relocating from your head.

jmanpatsfan,

The best mod you can put on you Mustang is to move it to Florida. I moved from RI in 1960 and never looked back. Lived in Hawaii for a while, that was nice. Lived in Huntington Beach Ca for a while, became a minority and moved to Las Vegas. Nice weather today, a bit chilli but I can drive my 07 GT year round.

Definately move south.
