Apparently when I changed my color and/or wheels it kicked me out of line last Friday. :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang:

So, who knows when I'll be scheduled again.

Then I go to Chapman Ford in NE Philly.....and they insisted on a 1K non-refundable deposit. I have purchased my last 3 cars from them, but they insisted. So, I walked.

I am about to quit. I am about to say "F Ford" I wish the dealer would have told me changing could have booted me out of line....then I could have decided

Don't blame Ford. The dealer should have given you the info you needed to make a decision. I would guess that the color had no bearing but you switched to the 18" wheels that are on initial hold. Thay is why the order did not pull I assume.

Bingo You're understandably upset but its not Ford who is giving you the problem, it is the dealer. Maybe try contacting another dealer and see what they may be able to do. Keep you're wits about you and good luck

I switched FROM the 18" to the 17 (will buy aftermarket). And the reason I blame Ford is that I have been waiting since January 7th........

The 18's were not avaialble back then, just since the 06 order guide came out. Any time a new option is announced, there is the possiblilty of it not being available at Job #1.

Billy, sorry to hear about your ordering issue, it is definitely an area that Ford could have handled better. I would say that if you waited this long, just be patient, cause this car IS worth the wait.
