Please don't shoot the messenger. If you do, then we will have to call customer service and speak with a representative who knows less than the "Robot lady". It really isn't her fault. She does deserve a 
though.

I talked to the "analyst" the other day just for kicks, it was a very nice lady in with an East Indian accent, so my wife called another day and got an East Indian man analyst, do ya think they are outsourcing overseas?
and I have an F in my order #, the ERL keeps thinking its an S, grrrr
