Yeah, well the "robot" hate's people who use all caps in their titles. Also, thanks for bumping this important thread.

 

Please don't shoot the messenger. If you do, then we will have to call customer service and speak with a representative who knows less than the "Robot lady". It really isn't her fault. She does deserve a though.

I talked to the "analyst" the other day just for kicks, it was a very nice lady in with an East Indian accent, so my wife called another day and got an East Indian man analyst, do ya think they are outsourcing overseas?

and I have an F in my order #, the ERL keeps thinking its an S, grrrr
