Well, after all the fuss with the crappy dealer i was having problems with, i decided to cut my losses and deal with the dealer in rapid city... i am more than satisfied! i took delivery of an 07 redfire mustang gt saturday night- it has pretty much every thing- sirius satellite, gt appearance package, comfort group, interior upgrade package, heated seats, you name it- i got it... for some reason, i can't put pictures up yet, but as soon as i can i'll update!

Congrats man! Love the Redfire. I'd be interested how you feel about these cars vrs the 540i. I ran into a 540i once with my '97 Cobra and it was some battle. My biggest problem was I had a slipping clutch at the time which wasn't letting all my kaones' get to the ground, but it was some battle none the less.

06 GT redfire manual

 

I dunno- those european machines are mean- especially the 540's... they dont play around- maybe you could have had a chance if you had a better clutch... i know i had a 740 and it had a out 280 hp- so... its crazy with those europeans- they build cars totally different... lol i've already gone through a tank and a half of gas in the past 3 days lol the first tank i got about 22 mpg and so far on this half tank i'm getting about 16...lol go figure- well, my engine is cooling off too much- gotta go get it hot again lol peace
