For sale at one of those lot lizard parking lots...You know, the buy here pay heres(TDS/other locals its in Alabaster on 31 and Industrial rd)
Yellow Gt, Vents, Louvers- whole 9 yards. The kicker- It had MACH 1 Striped on it where mustang would be- even in the Mach 1 writing. YES- THEY WERE SELLING AN 06 MACH 1-

It's a sharp car. I saw it on the road several months ago.

 

I had some pics of it at one time, I did the Vortech install on it then and he was super secrative trying to call it a Mach 1. It did have Nexus Guages in it.

 

Oh, the irony.

 

Well its for sale now. And not even at a real dealer. Its on a Chip ellis Birmingham Suzuki type lot. Just up from Crossroads and down from Ernest Mccarty. I wonder how it wound up there?

The thing is- aside from the Mach striping, its spectacular(and yellow)- thats why I noticed it.

Anything, I guess my point was the CAR LOT is passing it as a mach one.

 

We've had a yellow GT marked Shelby Cobra running the streets here since before I got my 06 last October.

 

Is it the some one used in one of the full-page or half-page adverts in MM&FF magazine? I forget the vendor, seems like its for a super charger or cai. (there's a yellow GT with black mach 1 graphics)

she didnt do it to make ppl think its a cobra, they were a gift from her dad i think. that gives a sort of sentimental value, that outrates rationalitym, and thus, they were put on.

my only gripe is that they're backward!

well I think the only reason it was pointed out was because you are laughing at someone else putting Mach 1 badging/decals on a car thats not a Mach 1 when you did the same thing by putting Cobra badges on a car that isnt a Cobra, I dont think anyone is making fun of you here or giving you a hard time, just trying to figure out what makes you different from this example that you are making fun of. The way I see it you are the same as they are. Whatever, no biggie, if you like it then thats all that matters, but why laugh at someone else?

 

I got what you meant by the irony, I just wasnt gonna be the one that pointed it out.
