Yep, that's it. But your gonna have to remove the one bolt under the car that links to the transmission to be able to rotate that piece.

At first I was a little annoyed with the shifter and thought i spent alost $200 and about an hour on this, but when I got it corrected it looks so freakin' sweet and I can't imagine not having this shifter. The stock shifter was just so Ford Fusion.

Got it figured out in 15 minutes. Thanks all. The shifter looks and feels so much better now!
