Any guesses on how much the 18" wheel option will be once they are available on the 2006's? Was there ever a comparable wheel option in previous model years, and if so, how much?

I am going to guess around $2,000 for all 4 with rubber.

I think $2000 is a little high for a factory option. Off the shelf with new tires, that sounds about right though.

My guess would be about $500-$900

the lower number is correct, you're not getting the 18" extra, you're gettting them instead of. So subtract the estimated factory cost of the 17" wheels and tires from the cost of the 18" wheels and tires---you pay the difference plus a little extra for higher profit of a option.

So you may be surprised how CHEAP the 18" option will be !!!

Or pay $2,000 for the 18" rims and tires of your choice and sell the stock ones on ebay.
