I traded in my 03 Dark Shadow Gray GT Vert for an 06 Black GT in March of 06. Had about 60k+ miles when I traded it in for an 08 Highland Green Bullitt in December of 08. Bullitt only has 9K miles on it, and it will be a keeper.

My 8.5yo daughter is under the assumption that she will get the car. She's thinking when she's old enough to drive. I'm thinking post college. Maybe. It'll be hard to give up.

Ordered mine in Nov 2004, picked it up March 9th, 2005. Still have it. Unfortunately, this is the first winter she will be driven, was sprayed though.

Got mine December right after christmas 04. It was a late Christmas gift, the best ever. Talk about x-plan, Yeah I had a heck of a time finding any dealer that would take X-plan, after I took delivery of mine, my salesmen told me he made a mistake, the boss told him they were not supposed to sell any on X-plan yet, and mine was a slip. HA I take it as a blessing, and still love driving it.

I still love my Torch Red "Cherry". I like some of the new body style, the hips and sides, and who cant help but drool over 5.0 400hp engine, but, but I love everything about my car. I have 65k miles on her, just changed out my rear pinion oil seal myself, no problems at all. I jut put in my PIE adapter and am enjoying my IPod now. I love my deep dish rims, and Michelin tires. I would love to do a few more body mods, when I have the money.

I dont think I will ever do any thing to the engine other than CAI , or exhaust maybe. This is my daily driver so I dont plan on messing up 300hp and 20mpg.

Ordered mine,a Black GT Premium 5sp December 04, picked it up April 2,2005. She's a garage queen. Only 21,000 miles. Never rained on or snowed on. What a life she gets to sleep all winter long in a garage with
a cover. we should have so good.

I still park far away and still get nervous while I'm inside of a store/restaurant.

I'm still around, just don't visit the site as much as I used to.
I ordered my 05 GT on 10/20/04 with x-plan, picked up the car on 12/28/04.
I still have the car. It's had a few minor problems (alternator, battery, radio, fuel injectors...all repaired/replaced under warrenty), but other then that it's been a great car. Daily driver with around 62,000 miles on the odometer.

Wow, 195K miles, that's impressive. I thought I was cruising along with 170K on my '99 Stang, but 195K leaves that 170K in the dust.

I own an '05.......but I bought it last year!!! Swooned over them when the s197s arrived, but had other things to pay for. I owned a 67 for years and sold it long before last year; one of those "wish I'd have kept it" cars......won't be making that mistake with this one. When I get another one, newer or not, I'll be keeping this one.

+1 on this. Seriously, how has it held up? They used a lot of new technology in the 05, like an electronic throttle, etc., which I really always wondered how reliable it was...have you had a lot of failures in all those miles? What have you had to have changed/fixed outside of normal maintenance?
