the dealer i used to work for is going to try an beg for 1 more allocation for 2005 for me and if they suceed i want to know how long should i expect to wait from that till build and delivery?

All depends on dealer allocation and the commodities to get GT's pulled..

 

along with dealer allocation goes priority your dealer puts on your order at your dealership. Example my dealer put me at priority 2 which is the best to only 1 but 1 is for emergency circumstances. These circumstances being if a customer order was messed up from the dealer stand point or Ford which is rare. You also have to factor in shipping time so depending how far you live from the plant.

look at your dora or ask your dealer what is your priority number.

also another factor is GTs I found from these forums take longer than V6s

 

thats what i like to hear=p hopefully someone else can verify this and put me at ease

right now id have 2k down total but i also need $$ for insurance
4 months from now id have 7-8k which is where i need to be
