yes unfortunatley criminals have all the rights. If a burglar breaks into your house and u shoot his sorry @$$ you will probably get sued for his lost wages.

What about dogs? They work great for security... I have three pit-bulls who roam my property. Never had a problem, and doubt I will. At least not while the car is at home. Now, out-and-about... that's when I pack by Colt 45. No problems while at red lights, or walking to my car in a parking lot. Of course there are times when I'm away from the car, but that cuts my chances quite a bit, I'd say.
