Yes, cases happen where you can't get out, but FAR more deaths are averted from wearing seatbelts than caused by it.

I guess I've been brainwashed too. It's stupid NOT to wear it. The facts clearly show you're safer wearing one. Why would you not? If not for yourself, surely you have people that care about you...do it for them.
