+1. Happens to me all the time too. Infuriates me because I got a ding in my driver door because some yokel decided to park next to me and couldn't keep control of his door.
I know the mustang is a beautiful car... but c'mon! Keep away from us! Walk past the car after you've parked somewhere else!
Sorry to hear it. I'm try to always park really far away from everyone, but it's not always possible. I'm always scared that the same thing is going to happen to me. I hate when I park at the very end of a lot where no cars are around and when I come out someone is freakin parked right next to me. 20 other open spaces around, but no......they have to park right next to me

In 2005, my Torch Red '05 got hit while I was at work, I was very busy that day with lots of oil changes to do (Lincoln-Mercury dealer) and someone that was picking up a Navigator for rustproofing hit the left rear of my car as they backed out, didn't say anything. This was on a Friday afternoon and my service manager wasn't there that day. When I talked to him that Monday morning, he refused to do anything about it and wouldn't listen, and I was very angry already so I quit and walked out, hated that place anyway. Found another job just a week later. That dealer is no longer there now. Since then I traded up to the '06. the '05 had lots of the first model year bugs in it.

Yeah sucks, I got a ding in my passenger door, want to have it fixed, but not going to be cheap since it went in the paint too, got one on my rear quarter too, but just a small dent hope they can do it paintless.
I got rear ended in a toll both once too, couldn't believe the car behind me pulled over, figured for sure they would just take off, luckily no damage except to the plate frame (was my old car)
