1. 1978 Mustang II Ghia that I've had since '79, and it has 235,000 miles on it. I had parked it for a few years when the kids were growing up. Blew a connecting rod in the engine in 2000 when I had 135,000 miles on it and dropped in a new Ford Re-built Engine from their remanufacturing plant.
2. 1991 Ford Crown Victoria with over 400,000 miles on it. Dropped a new engine in it around 2001-2002 with 250,000 miles on it.
Both cars are still going strong. Crown Vic is just now starting to use a little bit of oil. These cars are meant to be driven and driving I do!!

Over 30K since March 2005. I love driving this car, but I'm not happy about racking up so much mileage. I now drive 120+ miles every day to and from work. Along with the mileage comes stone chips, bugs, etc. Thinking about buying a beater just for transportation to and from work. Something that gets really good mileage like a Honda Civic.

That is a lot of miles. But I bet you have enjoyed every single one.

I fly more often now because of that, I don't want rock chips, maint cost, gas costs, etc. It's cheaper for me to fly to my normal destinations than it is to drive honestly, as long as I book a month+ in advance.
I figure in 5+ years, I'll be looking at a good quality repaint as well, I'd like to keep this vehicle for the long haul.
As it stands, I have 12.5k now and only 3 minor chips on the edge of the hood that were easily touched up.
