HELP! Need Dealer Code

Hey all,
My dealer refuses to give me their dealer code so as I can use the mechanical lady to check my order status. I have my order number etc. already. All I need is the dealer code for:

BILL PIERRE FORD
Seattle, WA
(it's on lake city way I believe)

Somebody please help it's just a dealer code and I can't wait till tomorrow to talk to a live person to see if my order was pulled today!!

Do you have a copy of your Vehicle Order Confirmation? If so, the dealer code is in the top right cornor of the page, right under the date. However, I tried calling the automated system and was told my car was delivered.....a month before I ever ordered it :scratch: I have my VIN# and used that option, but the electronic lady kept reading back something different. I finely went to a live person and was directed to a customer service number. They were most helpful. I told them I wanted to track the status of my car and gave them the VIN# and within a few minutes I was updated on my status.

The Customer Service # is 1-800-392-3673

I picked up my DORA two weeks after ordering my car, and when I picked it up the dealer told me "the car is already being built" but when I called Customer Service I was told "Temp Delay", and it stayed in that status until December when it was finally built.

Hey Chris, I read your post, and thought I could help. I found the address and dealer code from the Ford Vehicle Locater tool off of Ford's dealer site. I work in sales at a dealership in Pa, and wanted to help. The dealer code is in parenthesis. Good Luck with your search

Another option to locate their dealer code is just go look at any window sticker of a car on their lot - it's right there on the sticker.

when saying dealer code to evil lady just say the 5 digits not the letters. good luck
