Passenger window at the fully closed position (while rolling up) had a loud click sound like glass hitting metal, and they determined it was a faulty window regulator. They ordered the new one and installed it, but in the process they scraped some trim pieces around the door handle opening...window opening lever area...and also the door panel (all interior). I was more than a little miffed, and I told them I wanted a new door panel, as well as all the other parts they scraped/dented, plus a new door dust cover that goes between the door and door panel since this is the 3rd time they have been into it and I noticed it was torn up a bit. I had to have a defective door glass replaced twice about a year ago on passenger side as well. They ordered all parts, and said it should be about a week or so........
