I have had the same problem with my 05 GT, depends were I get gas, now I just go to the ones were I havent had the problem

 

Hmmm I have that problem on my 84 F150. I have tracked it down to improper venting of the filler neck.

I've only had to gas up my 05 once, and didn't have any problems. I'll be watching for it though.

I can live with it on a 20 year old truck, but I'm not gonna put up with it on a brand new car if I see it.

I think its cuz youre Canadian that you get away with it... I have a special place in my heart for Canadians,

I am hoping to have my tank issue fixed by the end of the week. We will see what they say.

 

I actually do the same thing. BUT.....
Yesterday I ran into the problem at a place where I had no problems the other 5 times I went. Pulled it out a little, turned upside down, and finally after 5 different tries, I got it to go without stopping.

So, this isn't the fix either. :angry:

Funny thing is Adrenalin, one of my dearest friends is Canadian, and she doesnt like beer. We kid her that they kicked her out cuz of it. She doesnt like hockey either... But she does like her whiskey! She hails from Winnepeg... well, one of the little tiny villages outside of it.

 

Ah, she doesn't like beer or hockey, and you call her a friend :shock:

Then again, she is from around the Winnipeg area.

 

Yeh, its said that I am more Canadian than she is... being an beer/hockeyaholic.

She has so many more great attributes, believe me the beer/hockey thing is minor,
