Seems like too often we get the post about poor vendor service (which we all appreciate for the heads-up), but it's just as important to post about great customer service...

Over the Thanksgiving weekend I ordered the CHE bolt-in LCA drops and also their aluminum adjustable panhard rod. http://www.cheperformance.com/ Wasn't in a huge rush to get them, but just wanted a status check on the order so I emailed them today. They emailed back immediately, apologizing for the delay, telling me the parts are scheduled for delivery today, crediting me 10% on the order, and giving me a 10% discount for a future purchase! Dayum, I just wanted to see when they shipped. VERY nice response from them, though. I'll definitely look their way for my next round of mods.

Oh, and the parts did arrive today! The brackets are very stout, and the panhard rod looks great. Can't wait to install.

 

Good to hear... I was looking at their LCA relocation bracket as well. Good to know it's a solid shop...
