Glad to hear you got it taken care of...
I was thinking the same thing about those temps... I hung out at the beach on Monday...Did my Christmas shopping in a tank top, jeans and flip flops.
I love Cali!

Ok, gang, here is one. I'm out of town, so I will only be able to state what the wife told me. She went to work this morning, and the check engine light was on. Did some forum reading and told the wife after she got to work to go out and take the gas cap, and remove, and retighten it. She did that, and still had a light, she takes it to ford dealer, service rep does the same thing, and still has a light. Car goes into the shop, and service tech reads error, and finds it to be the "GAS CAP". He removes it, tightens it, and the light goes out... All this stuff sounds too me like we will be seeing most definately a service bulletin, about flashing the computer.
As to the people who have problems with the CD skipping on the shaker 500, was told by our service dept, that the "Shuffle" was set to on. They turned it off and it seemed ok. But I find out that by default it always turns itself on, and that you have to turn it off. Ours has skipped from time to time, but being that the shuffle turns on by default, I don't always remember to turn it off when I play a cd.
Just thought I would pass some of this stuff onto you guys.
Also read an message, not sure here or another forum, but if you look down in the back cup holder area, you will see a tab that alows you to lift up this little round plate which allows for bigger/longer drinks.
Again just passing on some info....
