All I was saying there was if the trottle sticks for what ever reason, the first instinct I have is to immediatly turn the key off, unjam the gas peddle (if possible) and turn the key back on and continue down the road. That doesn't work on this vehicle compared to many other newer ones I have driven.

You could push in the clutch and then unjam the pedal.

i just tried jump starting a gt yesterday it works fine just shut the car off for like 10 sec turned key on and let out clutch started right up didn't have to turn key to start position

funny i wasn't driving it hard i was doing some work on a friends car and we took the car out for a drive, i just figured i would see if it did start back up by letting out the clutch . its not going to hurt it
