Read below to see my letter to the Mustang Brand Manager. Hopefully we will hear something back soon.
Hi Paul,
I am writing you to let you know about some disappointed Mustang owners and Ford customers that post on The Mustang Source Forum. I frequent this forum as a car enthusiast and for the very valuable information and insight that I receive from it's members. Reading this forum often educates me as to what our customers are thinking and feeling about our product. It also reminds me how enthusiastic car nuts like myself can be about an exciting new car, like the 2005 Mustang.
Paul, please take the time to click on the link below which leads to a discussion I believe Ford should be aware of. It is very disappointing to know that Ford enthusiasts are trying to communicate with us and that we have not responded. Hopefully you can do something to rectify this situation. Please let me know your thoughts and what can be done to correct this situation.
Thank you for your attention.

Did Bruce get a response??
Hey...
What ever happened with Bruce's letter...
Also, a lot of us have our cars now, and maybe don't care, but Ford never emailed me about any Mustang developments, never sent me a brochure, never followed up on their promises...
Hey, what gives ??? :bang:

I actually received the fold out packet of the 2005 line of vehicles with an excerpt on the front about my interest in the Mustang from some top-dog at Ford, and a Ford air freshener. It said something about "Is your old car getting stale?" or something like that. Haha, well the jokes on them because I might be waiting until I'm a grandpappy before I see the darn thing,
. The ironic thing is that I ordered my Mustang GT this past Saturday which had nothing to do with registering for the vehicle at Ford's website. It's still weird though. Oops, I noticed I failed to mention that the brochure finally came this past Monday. So yeah there ya go. Pretty bad that it took that long to get it, and some of you registered well before I did. Crazy stuff.

just received my Air Fresherner in the mail today along with the note from Martin Collins the General Marketing Manager. He states: "We hope you can hold out with your current vehicle. The air freshener should help

Gee! can't even recall when I signed up. All I know got tired of checking if they had sent anything. Thanks to this site and all of you, I am very informed on all corners of the 05 Mustang. From the beginning, to present, to the end, It comes from the source! (The Mustang Source). Thanks Brad for having this site and letting me be a part of it.
