Hello Everyone-
I have a question about the event where you can look at (and drive) the Mustang, the Freestar and the Ford GT.
I got an e-mail on Saturday inviting me to the event this Thursday at the Irwindale Speedway, but when I tried to register the site wouldn't bring up a list of times to choose, so I called the Ford Program Headquarters this morning and was told that the event was already full so they wer'nt taking any more registrations.

For those people that have attended the events already is it possible to go to the event and see the cars without being registered?

I work until 3:30 pm everyday and was planning to drive to Irwindale when I get off work and try to at least see the Mustang.

I was wondering if this was possible as I got two different answers today...one person says I should be able to get in, while another says I need an appointment to get in.

It's only a 10 to 15 minute drive from work to the event.

I'd appreciate any information ASAP as the event is in three days.

 

Hey dose anyone know where we will be able to test drive the new 2005 gt stang in the bay area and when?

You can probably go to look, but highly unlikely you'd be able to drive.

You have to register before (as you tried) and sign a waver when you arrive.

LA, Cincinnati (sp?) and Miami only

 

I really don't want to this to get out but ...... They had a form for "walk up" registration in Detroit. Come one come all to the greatest show on Earth!!
