When they put it in the computer the first time, it doesn't get a real order number. It's when the DORA comes back a couple days later that the correct order number is on the sheet. My first VOC said order number 0001, which in April, I was pretty sure wasn't the first order from that dealer. A couple days later, I got my real order number, which was 4811.

Make sure the DORA has all the right information though, I found out a couple weeks a go (just after serialization) that they forgot my fanblades, so it was gonna come with 17" wheels. They called the factory and were supposedly able to get the 'blades added back in, since it hadn't been bucked yet. We'll see, when it shows up.

I'm not sure if this is my thread anymore .
I checked my order number today and I have a build date for the week of July 24th. So, I'm thinking I'll be driving my new Mustang by mid August.

The new mustang arrived on August 2nd.



It had 9 miles on it when I picked it up. I might be able to make it through a few miles of break-in. The premier trim looks slick.

Next mods are tint and headlight/tail overlays. I'm waiting until after Nov for engine and exterior changes.
