Well after months of waiting and deliberating on getting another Mustang GT, I finally pulled the trigger today. I went to a high volume dealership in NJ, Oasis Ford. I've dealt with Oasis in the past (I got my 98 GT there) and have had several family members buy there also from the same sales person. I was taking to one salesperson a couple months ago when I noticed they where getting a Tungsten GT in, but I never went though with getting it since the car wasn't exactly what I wanted.

I finally got myself into a position where I can afford the GT now and decided that I better order now so I have it come next Feb/March or so. I tried contacting the guy that I was dealing with before, but he left according to the Internet Manger. She told me to ask for her or co worker when I got up there today. I got up there and I ask for the girl or co-worker. I get her and shes like I need to find someone to help you. So while I'm standing there, I see the guy who I dealt with my Mustang back in 97, Greg. I introduce myself and ask him if hes Greg and yes he is. I go into his office and give him the paperwork that I drew up for the options I want on my Mustang and he places my order, takes my A plan Pin and we go out on a test drive with an auto Tungsten GT!

I was really impressed by the car...the pickup was pretty decent, but my favorite thing about the car was the Exhaust! It sounds like an aftermarket set up! Need less I'm very excited about getting the car and I should get info on the when I'm getting in by the middle of next month.

Sounds like you orderd the same car as I did except I didn't get the ICAP and I chose Torch Red. I live about 20 mins from Oasis. I window shop there on Sundays to get my Mustang fix until mine comes in.

That's the same car I ordered two weeks ago except in Legend Lime. I agree the car sound great. They tell me early March for delivery, but It's already getting hard to wait.

Wow I really feel sorry for you guys and how long some have had to wait.
Now I don't have mine yet, so I hope I'm not jinxing myslef [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif[/img] , but I ordered mine January 20, 2006. Got a build week of 2-13 and my salesman seems to think it should arrive around March 1. I can't wait and its only been 2 weeks [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/04.gif[/img]

Also remember we had a plant shut down the last week of December to contend with [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif[/img]

I'm just glad that I got info that I can finally get rid of my POS SVT Focus
