278km on 1/2 tank.

 

Simon, The stripes look great! I think your welder needs a swift kick in the rear. Are you paying him by the hour? I can't wait to see it with the new hood. 278 km is about what, 20miles? Seriously though that's great. I squeezed 19.5mpg out of my last tank with 2 days worth of stop n go traffic going to see the races at Texas Motor Speedway.

 

I think it would have looked better without the stripes on top on windshield...but nice to see stripes done in paint and not stick on plastic!
