FYI: http://www.fangperformance.com/

Adis at Fang asked, if you got any ideas for how they can improve it even more let them know.

I've already suggested that they add more pix of color combos, higher quality photos and their price sheet. Adis responded that they are working all these suggestions. Price sheet should be up in a couple of days.

Not a suggestion for the website, but as AMAZING as that TRUE ducktail spoiler is, the bottom edges of the endcaps are too bulky where they meet the rear bumper.

The Mystery 8 is killing me! Almost makes me want to ditch the RKSport Ca Dream hood and the SSE ducktail for their products. I won't. I am happy with what I have, but now I would sure like to have a few more Mustangs to play with. One with a shaker, one Mystery 7, one Mystery 8, etc. They mention a special ram air box on their site that the Mystery hoods supposedly seals against and dumps air into. There are no pictures of such a box, unless they're talking about a CAI with a heat shield, but that's hardly a box. Their hoods have a nearly identical underside opening to my RKS hood, however, so I am hoping that they'll ocme up with something to make my hood finally functional. Did I mention that I am in love with the Mystery 8? :worship: It's been a long time coming, but it's great to see their website finally start to take shape.

The front end on the mystery 7 and 8 are the same pieces.. (see last line in mystery 7 descrption.
Different hoods and grilles though.
The mystery front end is similar to the GT500 only better
As to hoods mystery 8 ...ala 68 Shelby
Mystery 7... ala 67 Shelby
Couldnt go wrong with either.

Site needs more and better pics. AThe black Mystery 7 is hard to see style lines on.

Dont need fang badging, but this mystery front end is absolutely the best looking thing out there for 05 and 06 GTs. (with my CDC classic spoiler of course.)

They are referencing the trunk and end caps as being the same - the noses and hoods are different.

This is true. The "8" has the "bridge" in front of the hood like the '68 Shelby, the "7" doesn't. No possible way they could be the same. As Red454 said, that's the decklid.

UM you are correct, I sit corrected.

I wish we could see some better pics of the mystery 7, the black is hard to pick up stylin cues.

So what do you think for prices?
Fang list the price of the 69 hood with scoop at 11xx.
Im guessing the Mystery 8 hood and front 17-1800.
The trunk lid with spoiler and end caps maybe 700.

Thats the way it goes, the stuff that really looks good is so expensive.
