Ok this is really starting to drive me nuts. The floor under my right heel pops down and up with me moving my foot from the gas to the brake. It's really loud and is starting to get on my nerves....I have not pulled anything up but I'm wondering if a weld or something that did not quite get tacked down properly. Anyone seen this on thier stangs?

i have the exact same problem.. and it's on my list of issues to check up on my next service..
in my case it happens when i push myself up say to fix the seat belt, my shirt or whatever
the sheetmetal pops under my heel making such an annoying noise, that even my GF commented on it once saying "i'd be mad if my brand new ride made rediculous noises like that" :|

I've heard that the fix involves a hammer and a small 2x4 block. I think they just hammer the floorboard down so that it doesn't pop anymore. I'm not sure I would want that done to my Stang, but if it's really annoying, just don't watch while they're fixing it.
