Drivers seat recall

I was at the local car show last nite and I guy come up and tells me, my drivers seat has a recall on it and I should go to ford and demand a replacement. Does anybody know anything about this? Or where I can find documentation?

He did it wrong. He was supposed to ask you for the keys and tell you he would fix it.
