Received my DORA from the dealer today. The DORA had a priority of 99, dealer said that he submitted the order with Priority 10 and it came back from Ford as priority 99 and now he has to change it back to a 10.
Does this make sense to any of you guys?
Is it that the dealer is just Bsing me and I will have to wait longer as my order is gonna remain in 99 priority?
Any help would be appreciated.

 

Is Priority 10 good or bad, cause that is what I got from my dealer....I just checked the invoice............I had no idea....

10 is the best priority. I think that is covered in the FAQ.

 

10 is the best priority and that is what I thought i was getting until I got the DORA from the dealer.
His theory is that Ford can change the priority on the order and he will have to change it back to a 10. I had to approve and send him the DORA, so now I am not sure if he is going to change the priority.

 

If your priority stays at 99 the car will NEVER be built. Make sure it gets changed.

Ford does not change the priority codes.

 

Thanks BEK, so this means that the dealer put in the order as 99. Its possible to change the priority on the order right??
Also once the priority is changed how long do you think it takes for updated DORA to arrive?
Sorry about all these questions, just want to make sure that I am not kept waiting till eternity to get my car.
