2005-2009 Mustang Information on The S197 {Gen1}

Placed order Saturday 03/05/05, sales rep. said the order guy was not in on Saturday. Sales rep said order would be placed first thing Monday morning and
he would call and fax me the info.

I have called three times and left messages and have not had my calls returned
and have not received a fax !

Note: Sales rep is a very young kid ( not that there is anything wrong with that )
this is his first job and has never sold cars before. When I placed the order with I knew much more info on the 05 mustang options and the order process. He barley had a clue what was going on around him.

Any advice

If the order was placed monday they won't have the DORA until tuesday. Give him 1 day off and start torturing him tomorrow.

Being a member of this site, if you don't know more about the car then he does, you aren't paying attention. If he doesn't know the process of ordering, that's not a good sign. Maybe that's because you judging him hard because he is so young. I would assume he will just present all the info to the fleet manager/director and let him take care of it, unless each salesmen can places orders directly.

You make valid points Altoid. I may be a little to paranoid about the process since reading more and more about long wait times and order cancelations. It does not
help that I jumped in the games so late with a March order.

I just want to stay up on the process and the details of the order.
