I just got my DORA, ordered 11/18. Now originally the fleet manager forgot to add the IUP, but I noticed this the next day and informed him. He went in and adjusted the order, and faxed me the updated Vehicle Order Confirmation. Now today he faxes me the DORA but it doesn't show the IUP in it. Is this normal on an ammended order, or is this DORA outsated already? What should I do now?

 

It's probably the DORA from the original order, I would assume another one will follow within a few days.

 

I hope so. They already seemed "bothered" by my requests, but screw it I'm paying for the darn car.

 

You shouldn't feel bad simply because you are trying to get exactly what you want from your order. Look at it this way, if they had ordered it correctly the first time, this would be a non-issue.

 

They should receive the ammended DORA the morning after they altered the order. Make sure you get it.

 

Ok this must be the original DORA then. I'm going to call them back. I'd hate to lose something like IUP.
