Yes. They will file a complaint with Products & Services Division and with the Customer Service Manager at the dealership. I have already filed a complaint against Route 104 Ford.

Hey guys,
I'm from Albany Ny. Oswego is over an hour and a half west of me. Mostly farm land. Oswego is a very very small town. The winters are one of the worst in the country and the economy there stinks. My girlfriend went to state university of Ny Oswego . It's considered a college town and pretty much that's all they got goin for them in boondy land. This ford dealership should of did some thinking before they acted. I guess this is what greed does to some people.Thay are trying to capitalize on the mustang sale well knowing their mustang sales are not going to be like other dealerships due to the bad weather and the economy of the small town. Now they hurt themselves even more which is well deserved.

These auctions don't really bug me. That game always seems to happen when something new and in demand comes out. (Supply and demand and all that).
I personally wouldn't pay the premium. But if I had more money than brains, or more fairly, just thought it was worth an extra few thousand to get one NOW, then I'd pay, and be thankful that kind of auctioning was available. As far as I know, it happened to at least some of hte GT's, (GT40's). I remember it with the Miata's big time. So I'm not sure it'll give Ford, or their dealers a bad name. In fact, the media loves stories like this. "This car is so in demand that some sod is willing to pay $10,000 over sticker on ebay!" Heck, Jay Leno had on the ebay sale of someone that paid like $3,000 for DiCarpio's half-eaten French Toast. (But no one wanted Britney Spears ABC gum). Whatever.
