Oh, and thanks for the compliment Mike. Although I never thought my car was done up enough for a story, other than my own rantings of course

You've put more work into your car than many 5.0 or MM&FF magazine story cars, both you and Vegasjay. I'd love to see either one in a future issue.

Gonna have to agree with everyone else on this one. With the exception of the Cobra stickers, I think it's pretty nice.

Lose the wheels and the "Cobra" stuff and it's pretty sweet. I really like the stripes.

Looks like a cobra II...as someone who thinks the II's are great looking cars,i really like it.The white wheels look wicked.

Im thinking Salvatore Mennella is also this same person...which would help explain how he came up with his 05 version...

All good but the lettering, i even like the white wheels.

And as stated, rice is when theres ridiculous amounts of cosmetic work and the car is slow as heck. I really doubt that thing is slow with 500whp.

Agreed. I really don't think that this car is rice at all. In fact I think this car is tastefully done, except the for "cobra" side stripes. Everything else looks great, even the wheels...although I don't really like colored wheels, at least they match with the stripes.

Not rice. Maybe a bowl of noodles.

Fast noodles.

And I like noodles.

Really though, if that is rice then half the mods people do would be rice and that is certainly not the case.

Over all its not bad. Definatly not rice.....but someone must define rice? Is rice: wheels over 20 inches, clear taillights, neon under lights, NOS, what is rice? or is it what they said about ****. I know it when I see it.

Cobra on the side is a bit too large and not wild about the cobra on the rear deck. But the car is different and he harken back to the II generation that has been largely forgotten. I think that the II kept the mustang in production during a critical time....any way I got off topic.

Overall I give it a 8 out of 10.

I really like this car. Yes, my first car was a '78 Cobra II. I still have a soft spot for the IIs. This is like a II on roids, a trip to the plastic surgeon and some extra lbs (muscle) added.

SWEET!

I kinda like it, but -- The white wheels are a bit much. Chrome would be better. I would lose the COBRA on the deck and replace the GT faux gas cap with a Cobra snake style. I really like what he did with the tail lights. I have been pondering how to make my own black bezels that wrap up over the top of the lenses to give it that same look. So far, no workable ideas.

Agreed. If it wasn't for the COBRA it would look alright.

Ducktail, strips, chin, rims, scoop...all are acceptable.
