Mine was delivered to me May 12th, straight from the factory...build date of 4-29 or so. I checked last night and have felt outter and rubber inner. I've also noticed some small scratches in the tint.

I meant to say "$600 per HOUR", not job. My bad. But you are STILL being raped by your tint guy.

And the reason they poped off the seal was to make it easier to do a good job of installing the felt with the seal on the bench instead of were the door panel would be sitting (next to the door...).

My tint was getting scratched. I took my car in for other TSB's to be worked, and mentioned it to my service rep, and he said they will take care of it. They have some 3rd party guy do windows, he installed new felt on both doors. My service rep told me to take my car back to where I got it tinted, have them re-do it, and bring him the bill - Ford will pay for it. They paid for everything. They treat me well!
