I once went to a Lincoln/Mercury dealership to test drive the new Marauder when it came out. I think I was 19 at the time. The salesman gives me all the info, and I add to it. He didn't seem too impressed I had a passion for car knowledge. He gave me the key and stood in between me and closing the door. I started it, he smiled and told me to rev it. I did, afterwards he said "Ok, that's it." I asked if he was kidding. Without ever seeing any ID, he told me to bring my Dad back and he could drive it, and see how it fit in his garage. What the heck. I had told him I was interested in purchasing it, never even mentioned my Dad. I left and never went back, he called my house 3 times to see if I still wanted it. Yeah, right.

Touche.
No, I ended up putting my money into my current car and school.
