No sticker for me. I told salesman(who wrote it in my file) and PDI guy when he was detailing my car. Guess what was on it when I picked it up? The Sticker! I pointed it out and salesman got mad at PDI guy and took it off for me and apologized. I don't mind license plate frames but, my dealer doesn't use them anymore. It is funny though because I didn't care one bit about the sticker that was on my truck.

I definately mind! We bought ours off the lot and fortunately there were no stickers anywhere. Just the plate frame which promptly came off as soon as we got home. I don't mind telling people verbally where I got the car, but my car isn't going to be used as an advertisment for anyone or anything.

Oops answerd the poll to fast. I thought the question was do you mind them, so I chose yes, when I meant no to the real question of do I want them

I asked the dealer when I ordered to leave it off the car, reminded them last week when they told me it should be in next week. If its there I'm going to ask them to take it off.

The way I feel as long as they treat me right I will be more than happy to recommend them. I dont need them advertising on the back of my vehicle.

I did the same as PonyGirl. Voted with the thread title question so fast, didn't notice it was worded different on top of the actual poll till too late. I'm willing to bet a lot of those votes are the same also. I definately didn't get the emblem on my horse, & the dealer was great about it too.

I voted yes. At first I didn't and I let them put it on, even though I had found out on this forum that I could ask them not to. But since I had the first one in my area, I thought I'd help them out with some advertising and I knew everyone was going to ask where I got it from anyway. But a few months after I got it, which was when I put my stripes on, I scratched it off. Kinda didn't look right with the stripes anyway.

On another note, why are there three votes? "Yes", "no" and "doesn't bother me". Wouldn't voting "no" be the same as "doesn't bother me"?

Edit: I just realized that I voted "yes" reading the original post of "do you mind". Oh well, I meant to vote no. But for those of you who have stickers on your car and want them off, just heat it up a little with a blowdryer and use your fingernail. Comes right off.

The sales manager wrote across the folder they had with my name on it that had the paper work while I was waiting "NO BADGING".

I included in a list of prep requests I dropped off there a week before my car came in "NO BADGING".

I got there when the car came in and before they started the prep work and told the employee that was going to do the actual prep "NO BADGING".

I said ok to the license plate thing until I got one I wanted myself because it does help protect the paint from the sharp edges of the state plate.
