D-plan quote, is this accurate?

I just recieved a D-plan quote of $21,545 for a V-6 prem., auto, IUP, Sport pkg, traction control. Is this accurate??? This is my first post and thanks to everyone for all of the info.

Invoice price for those specifications is $20,653. Your quote is a rip-off.

D plan should be about $19,700-19,900 if cloth.
