Customer Service not helping!!
After a lot of thinking I took all my money savings and finally bought the Roush front fascia from Texas Hot Rods. It was a real PITA because I didn't have a credit card and I don't live in the U.S. so I did a little road trip to El Paso and went to the shop personally to buy it...yet they didn't had it in the store so I ordered one from them and got told that probably for the first week of January it would be there for me to pick it up...
So for the past week I've been trying to contact ANYONE in THR by phone and mails and I don't get any answers!! they never pick up the phone!!
Can anyone tell me what are my options? the thing is that I can't afford another trip to the store (probably 4-5 hours from where I live) to get there without knowing if my fascia is there!! Have this happened to any of you??

Try their "Live Chat" from their website during business hours. They should reply or send you an e-mail. At that point, call them on the telephone. You should give them a chance to try and make the situation a pleasurable experience.
