No. This is:
99-04 Pony Emblem
There are basically three sizes. 65-73, 94-98, 00-03.
65-73=largest. 00-03=smallest.

Stangnut - thanks for fillin in about the Pony's. Anyone using them, remember, it's only the small ones (00-03 or thereabouts) that are sticky backed. The old ones will have posts that you'll have to cut off, them mount your own 3M tape to.
