Converting GT to A/T Bullitt

So what parts would I need to add/take away to convert an A/T GT to a Bullitt?

Since I would like an A/T the regular 2009 bullitt is out of question, also converting a 2009 bullit to an A/T would probably be more expensive than a GT conversion right and may screw it up

I am thinking of changing on the GT the grill, removing the inside lights, adding louvers, adding hood and of course no spoiler on back but maybe a lowkey fascia? not sure if back should be totally plain or slight curved (doesn't have to be 100% true to bullit) - most of the changes would be cosmetic and not performance. Maybe just changing the exhaust for a better sound if anything.

Which parts do you guys recommend for all of this? Would it be too expensive to be practical? Do you think this is a dumb idea? Again I would just get a 2009 bullitt but I would like an A/T which only the GT offers at the moment.

Thanks

I would do my own thing and not try to mimic the Bullitt. Take the Bullitt cues that you like then mix in the other aftermarket parts you like to make an even better "Bullitt". If I were to do it I would would start with the keystone restyling "boy racer" hood and some louvers. There are some louvers out there that come close to the original Bullitt but I would have to lean towards the SHR louvers for visibility. Then maybe a black billett grill, the factory Bullitt one looks funny to me with so much of it filled in. There are several CAI's out there too that outperform the Bullitt, cost less, and look better. Your warranty will be gone if you do that that last one though.

Build a GT, its gonna cost you way more in the long run to procure and modify an actual Bullitt to get to the same goal

That's pretty much what I've done with my car, but it's made to mimic the Shelby GT. I've got black and polished wheels, GT/CS bumpers, and it will have the pony/tri-bar emblems on it soon. The bumpers are getting installed this week. I wish my car didn't have the spoiler though, would have been even more like a Shelby GT then.

Repainting your car is gonna be your biggest expense but I think you have a good idea.
